Your Ability as a Leader

The great coach, John Wooden would say to his best players, “We will go as you go.” Some would interpret that to mean the team’s success related solely on their shoulders. But, that is not what this means.

Ability = Responsibility

Ability. You have to have some ability as a great athlete or leader. Because of this, you have. a responsibility to use it for good. To fulfill your potential. Anything else than maximizing your gifts is doing yourself and others a disservice.

You, as a leader have been uniquely gifted and talented to lead in your own way. You have something great to offer others. You have ability. But it comes with responsibility… A decision made daily to spend your talent well and hold nothing back.

This week, choose to be well spent.
